One of CAP Chemicals new products is a glass coating precursor, TITANYL ACETYLACETONATE DISPERSION – TK-1
TK-1, a glass coating precursor, is prepared as a “ready-to-spray” dispersion of titanyl acetylacetonate in water. It is an aqueous dispersion of the homopolymer, Titanium, Oxybis (2,4-Pentandionato-0,0′). TK-1 is a reactive organic titanium chelate polymer with acetylacetonate as the chelating ligand. Its main use is as a source of titanium in a variety of glass coatings
CAP Chemicals is now selling to a number of the world’s leading glass companies an AQUEOUS ACETYLACETONATE DISPERSION which eliminates the need for any in-plant development.
CAP Chemicals is additionally offering a line of specialized Aqueous Dispersion Additives plus training for companies that have the resources for their own dispersions.
The benefits of this new approach are wide-ranging:
CAP Chemicals customers have found that the improved precision of application more than justify the switch to dispersions as compared to buying and preparing desiccated acetylacetonates.
CAP Chemicals customers have reduced or eliminated all the hidden equipment, maintenance and processing costs while at the same time benefit from improved process control, efficiencies and quality.
CAP Chemicals is confident that a switch to our patent pending state-of –the-art-technology will make your manufacturing techniques superio
