Ensuring a high level of service through regular training of the company's employees and the Manager (achieving the annual training plan). Recruiting young people in training, through work-study programmes, to teach them this specific trade and ensure the company's development.

Working with a limited number of suppliers in a relationship of trust and loyalty 100% of our suppliers are evaluated, at least on quality and if possible, on environmental and H&S aspects. 90% of supplier invoices are paid within the deadlines set in the contracts.

Controlling direct and indirect environmental impacts.
Monitoring and reduction of our energy consumption (electricity and fuel), through sobriety and awareness in terms of heating, lighting, IT and travel. Prioritisation of public transport (>50%) over private vehicles. Selective sorting of office waste. Minimisation of paper consumption through the digitalisation of processes. 100% of paper consumed is PEFC. 80% of consumable purchases are identified as "green" by suppliers.
